Start Here: The First Page I Fill Out Anytime I Feel Lost

When I feel untethered, unsure, or overwhelmed, I don’t reach for a planner. I reach for this page.

It’s not about setting goals.
It’s not about fixing everything.
It’s just about stopping the spin long enough to see what’s really happening.

And I do it with the same page every time — because it works.

This one page holds space for:

  • The noise in my head

  • The tension in my body

  • The pressure I didn’t realize I was carrying

  • The truth that’s been buried under tasks and tabs

It’s my way of asking, “What’s here right now?”
Not to fix it. Just to name it.

Here’s what that page looks like:

1. A full, messy brain dump

Everything in my head goes down. No edits. No categories. Just honesty.

2. A few things I notice as I scan the page

What’s repeating? What’s shouting? What’s hiding?

3. One gentle decision

I ask, “What’s the kindest next step I can take today?”
And I write it down. Not a goal. A step.

This page doesn’t solve everything — but it always re-centers me.

It gives my nervous system a signal that I’m safe to feel, safe to slow down, and safe to start again.

That’s why I return to it.
Every time.

Want to try it? This page is inside the free Clarity Kit.

It includes:

  • A printable mental reset worksheet

  • A space to release, notice, and choose

  • A soft but clear place to start, even when you feel lost

You don’t need a new plan. You just need a place to land.

Let this be it.
